Position Overview :-
We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Project Scheduler to develop, maintain, and analyze
integrated project schedules for large-scale construction projects. This role requires deep expertise in
Primavera P6, strong analytical skills, and the ability to collaborate across multiple project teams.
The Senior Project Scheduler will work closely with project management, engineering, construction,
and cost controls teams to ensure project timelines are accurately planned, monitored, and optimized.
This role also requires leadership capability, mentoring junior schedulers, and supporting project
leadership with schedule insights and risk mitigation strategies.

Key Responsibilities:-

Project Scheduling & Planning
 Develop, maintain, and manage detailed integrated project schedules using Primavera P6 for
large and complex construction projects.
 Establish and maintain schedule logic, milestones, resource loading, and critical path analysis.
 Ensure schedules reflect accurate construction sequencing and work packaging.
Schedule Monitoring & Analysis
 Perform schedule updates, progress tracking, and forecasting to maintain accurate project
timelines.
 Conduct variance analysis to identify deviations from baseline schedules.
 Analyze schedule impacts resulting from scope changes, design updates, construction
sequencing, or field conditions.
Reporting & Project Communication
 Prepare and present schedule reports, dashboards, and performance metrics for project
leadership.
 Provide recovery plans and schedule improvement recommendations when delays or risks are
identified.
 Facilitate schedule review meetings with cross-functional teams to address risks and conflicts.
Project Controls & Risk Management
 Support change management processes, claims analysis, and time impact analysis (TIA).
 Identify potential schedule risks and constraints and recommend mitigation strategies.
 Ensure scheduling standards, governance, and best practices are consistently applied.
Leadership & Collaboration
 Serve as a trusted advisor to project leadership and key stakeholders.
 Provide mentorship and guidance to junior schedulers and project team members.
 Foster collaboration across engineering, procurement, construction, and project controls
teams.
 Lead discussions and drive alignment across teams without direct authority.

Required Qualifications
 Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Project Management, or related
field (or equivalent experience).
 7+ years of project scheduling experience, with significant involvement in large-scale
construction projects.
 Advanced proficiency in Primavera P6 (required).
 Experience with Power BI for reporting and data visualization.
 Strong understanding of construction sequencing, work packaging, and project controls.
 Demonstrated ability to analyze complex schedules and provide strategic insights.
 Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
 Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.

Preferred Qualifications
 Experience supporting mega-projects, EPC projects, or multi-phase construction programs.
 Exposure to cost controls, earned value management (EVM), or project risk analysis.
 Leadership experience as a team lead, mentor, or functional lead.
 Knowledge of contract scheduling requirements and delay/claims support.
 Professional certifications such as PMP, PSP, or PMI-SP.
