Position Overview :-
We are seeking a detail-oriented Documentation Clerk to support our remote team by managing, organizing, and maintaining company documents and records. The ideal candidate ensures accuracy, accessibility, and compliance with company policies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Enter and update information into document management systems
accurately. - Ensure all documentation is complete, accurate, and complies with
company standards. - Retrieve and provide documents as requested by team members.
- Assist with audits and reporting related to documentation.
- Collaborate with other departments to resolve discrepancies or
missing information. - Maintain confidentiality of sensitive records.
- Review, organize, and maintain electronic and physical documents.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in document management, clerical work, or
administrative support. - Strong organizational and attention-to-detail skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and
document management software. - Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree
preferred. - Strong communication and time-management skills.
