Job Overview :-
We are seeking a Paid Media Manager to lead and optimize performance-driven digital marketing campaigns across search, social, and programmatic channels. This role will focus on managing Google Ads (Search, Shopping,YouTube) and paid social campaigns on Meta platforms (Facebook/Instagram) while collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver strong marketing performance for clients.

Key Responsibilities       

  • Plan, execute, and optimize SEM campaigns using Google Ads (Search, Shopping, YouTube).   
  • Manage paid social campaigns across Meta (Facebook/Instagram) and other platforms like TikTok.     
  • Oversee integrated digital campaigns across search, social, display, and programmatic channels.      
  • Monitor campaign performance and implement strategies to improve ROI and efficiency.      
  • Analyze campaign data and provide actionable insights using tools like Google Analytics.       
  • Manage and mentor 1–2 digital marketing strategists or buyers.  
  • Build strong client relationships and collaborate with internal and global teams.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience managing paid media campaigns (Google Ads and Meta Ads Manager).
  • Hands-on experience with SEM campaigns, Shopping Ads, and YouTube Ads.
  • Experience managing paid social campaigns.
  • Strong analytical skills and performance marketing experience.
  • Prior agency experience preferred.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
