Role Descriptions:
Key Responsibilities
- Develop, optimize, and maintain scalable front-end applications using React.js.
- Collaborate backend developers to deliver seamless user experiences.
- Implement responsive and accessible web applications with high code quality and performance.
- Optimize applications for maximum speed, scalability, and cross-browser compatibility.
- Stay current with emerging front-end technologies and recommend improvements.
- Conduct code reviews, mentor junior developers, and enforce coding standards.
- Work closely with backend teams to integrate APIs and ensure smooth data flow.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 8+ years of experience in front-end development, with strong expertise in React.js .and angular
- Experience in application migration from Angular to React.
- Proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), TypeScript, HTML5, CSS3, SASS/LESS.
- Experience with state management libraries (Redux, MobX, Context API).
- Strong knowledge of React ecosystem: hooks, functional components, routing, SSR (Next.js).
- Hands-on experience with RESTful APIs, GraphQL, WebSockets.
- Solid understanding of UI/UX principles, responsive design, and accessibility (WCAG, ARIA).
- Knowledge of modern build tools (Webpack, Vite, Babel, npm/yarn).
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines, Git , Aggrid is a plus.
- Strong problem-solving, debugging, and performance optimization skills.
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
