Job Overview :- We are seeking a highly organized and professional Administrative Assistant to support our team in Baltimore, MD. The ideal candidate will handle a variety of administrative and clerical tasks, ensuring smooth office operations and supporting team efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:    

  • Provide administrative support, including scheduling, correspondence, and file management. 
  • Maintain and update company records and databases accurately.   
  • Answer phone calls, respond to emails, and handle inquiries professionally.    
  • Prepare reports, documents, and presentations as needed.    
  • Assist with office organization and day-to-day operational tasks.    
  • Collaborate with team members to resolve administrative issues efficiently.    
  • Support other projects or tasks as assigned by management.

Qualifications:  

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree preferred.     
  • Prior experience in administrative support or office management.   
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).    
  • Strong organizational, time-management, and multitasking skills.    
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills. 
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
