Job Overview :-  We are seeking a professional and empathetic Customer Support Representative to assist our clients in the healthcare and insurance sector. The ideal candidate will provide accurate, timely, and friendly support to customers, helping them navigate policies, claims, and services while maintaining high satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:   

  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat.   
  • Assist customers with healthcare and insurance-related questions, claims, and account issues.   
  • Verify and update customer information in company databases.     
  • Educate customers on policies, benefits, and procedures.     
  • Document customer interactions accurately and maintain records.     
  • Collaborate with team members to resolve complex issues efficiently. 
  • Maintain confidentiality and comply with HIPAA and company policies.

Qualifications:   

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree preferred.
  • Prior experience in customer service, ideally in healthcare or insurance.  
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills.    
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and CRM systems.   
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to multitask.     
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment and meet deadlines.
