Position Overview :-
We are seeking a detail-oriented Documentation Clerk to support our remote team by managing, organizing, and maintaining company documents and records. The ideal candidate ensures accuracy, accessibility, and compliance with company policies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Enter and update information into document management systems
    accurately.
  • Ensure all documentation is complete, accurate, and complies with
    company standards.
  • Retrieve and provide documents as requested by team members.
  • Assist with audits and reporting related to documentation.
  • Collaborate with other departments to resolve discrepancies or
    missing information.
  • Maintain confidentiality of sensitive records.
  • Review, organize, and maintain electronic and physical documents.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in document management, clerical work, or
    administrative support.
  • Strong organizational and attention-to-detail skills.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and
    document management software.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree
    preferred.
  • Strong communication and time-management skills.
