We are seeking a highly experienced Salesforce Technical Project Manager to lead the implementation of Salesforce Service cloud Voice (SCV) for customer service operations on Salesforce Service Cloud. The ideal candidate will bring a strong blend of project leadership and deep technical expertise in Service Cloud and SVC, ensuring successful delivery aligned with business outcomes and strategic objectives
- Manage end-to-end Salesforce project lifecycle (initiation, planning, execution, delivery)
- Define scope, timelines, milestones, and deliverables
- Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and budget
- Track project progress and provide regular status updates
- Act as the primary interface between business stakeholders and technical teams and if required, salesforce team
- Lead Agile ceremonies (sprint planning, stand-ups, retrospectives)
