We are seeking a Paid Media Manager to lead and optimize performance-driven digital marketing campaigns across search, social, and programmatic channels. This role will focus on managing Google Ads (Search, Shopping,YouTube) and paid social campaigns on Meta platforms (Facebook/Instagram) while collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver strong marketing performance for clients.

Key Responsibilities
- Plan, execute, and optimize SEM campaigns using Google Ads (Search, Shopping, YouTube).
- Manage paid social campaigns across Meta (Facebook/Instagram) and other platforms like TikTok.
- Oversee integrated digital campaigns across search, social, display, and programmatic channels.
- Monitor campaign performance and implement strategies to improve ROI and efficiency.
- Analyze campaign data and provide actionable insights using tools like Google Analytics.
- Manage and mentor 1–2 digital marketing strategists or buyers.
- Build strong client relationships and collaborate with internal and global teams.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience managing paid media campaigns (Google Ads and Meta Ads Manager).
- Hands-on experience with SEM campaigns, Shopping Ads, and YouTube Ads.
- Experience managing paid social campaigns.
- Strong analytical skills and performance marketing experience.
- Prior agency experience preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
