Job Description:
- Strong hands-on experience in CICS and MQ is must
- Experience in batch like COBOL, DB2, VSAM is preferred
- Agile methodology and SDLC experience are must
- Working experience in Jira, Confluence and MS Office
- Ability to design, code, and unit test software on a predefined schedule using technologies, techniques, and tools to ensure high quality, performance, and reliability, at varying levels of complexity
- Following department coding standards, write well documented programs that perform effectively and efficiently
- Performs system analysis and design in accordance with established procedures and policies
- Provides accurate estimate of time needed to complete work
- Should be able to proactively explore the system and learn
- Excellent team player and be able to efficiently deliver results with minimum supervision
- Excellent oral, written and listening communications skills (in both office-based and remote workplace environments).
Essentials Skills:
- Good-to-Have Knowledge of J2EE| Webservices| Cloud based applications and their interactions with Mainframe systems preferably in AWS
- Knowledge of Retail Banking or Lending Keyword Skills: Mainframe DB2 – Application Development, System Z – Enterprise COBOL, Mainframe, CICS Administration
Experience Required:
- Need min of 8-10 years of IT Experience
